  • What does the service cost?

    simple predictable pricing at $35 per 13 gallon bag.

  • Is pickup and delivery included?

    Pickup and delivery are free with a two bag minimum.

  • What size bag should I use?

    a standard 13 gallon bag, which should easily close and tie.

  • Can I schedule only one bag?

    yes, there will be a $10 fee for pickup & delivery for one bag.

  • Is my laundry washed separately?

    yes, your laundry will never be mixed with anyone else's laundry.

  • What detergent options are available?

    Standard scented, fragrance free or an option to use your own.

  • How quickly will my laundry be returned?

    We will always attempt to turn laundry within 48 hours of pick-up, but if you have a rush order, text us @ 508-296-5438 and we can discuss.

  • What items require a separate quote?

    Blankets, comforters, duvets, pillows and oversized items are quoted separately before service.

  • How do I pay?

    The Laundry lady will provide an invoice for payment prior to your order completion.

How We Work

Porch Pickup & Personal Care

We offer hypoallergenic, scent-free, and brand-specific detergent choices. Just tell us your preferences once, and we'll care for your clothes your way, every time. Expect crisp, perfectly folded linens returned ready for your drawers.

Your clothes are always handled separately. Leave your laundry bag on your porch in the morning, and we'll collect it. We ensure secure, weather-protected pickups and follow any specific gate codes or access instructions you provide.
